Job Description
We are recruiting for new CMF Designer Bags!
Here are the main missions of the role:
Trend Research & Creative Direction
- Identify and interpret global, cultural, emerging, and sports trends to build seasonal CMF (Color, Material, Graphics & Finishes) stories and creative directions.
- Ensure consistency with brand DNA across categories and price points.
- Contribute to product assortments aligned with merchandising strategies.
Color & Graphics Development
- Define and apply color strategies, colorways, and color-blocking across product ranges.
- Create, maintain, and manage technical colorway documentation and system integration.
- Create and adapt graphics, explore printing techniques, and oversee execution on prototypes.
Product Development & Execution
- Monitor feasibility and consistency throughout the development process.
- Review and approve CMF execution at key milestones, providing feedback to suppliers and factories.
- Ensure successful implementation from concept through final product.
Materials Innovation & Sustainability
- Develop innovative material, trim, and finish solutions in collaboration with Product Design.
- Build and enrich material libraries with functional, advanced, and inspiring material options.
- Integrate sustainable material, color, and finish solutions aligned with brand sustainability goals.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and at least 2 years of professional experience as well as:
Knowledge of issues and processes related to color and materials
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
High color sensitivity required
Awareness of current design trends as well as global and emerging trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in industry-specific software
