Project Manager, CMC (Short‑Term Contract)

Location: Toulouse (Oncopole, 31). Duration: 12months. Reporting to the R&D Department of Pierre Fabre Medical Care. Position compatible with up to two days of teleworking per week.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate CMC sub‑team activities with respect to timelines.
• Organise internal CMC team meetings and partner meetings.
• Support the CMC sub‑team in planning activities and budget management.
• Act as the focal point for the P&O department (Outsourcing Manager, Planner, Portfolio manager).
• Assist the CMC Subteam Leader (Pharma Strategic Leader or PSL) in daily tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate governance meetings, including slide deck completion for CMC.
• Prepare and update CMC documentation for clinical submissions (IND/IMPD initial CMC sections, amendments for formulation/process changes, scale‑up, site changes).
• Draft planning for Module3 ahead of Phase3/registration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transversal subjects related to CMC‑PM.

Qualifications

• MSc or Engineering degree in pharmaceutical science (chemistry, biology, formulation or analytics).
• Minimum 5years’ experience in planning pharmaceutical development for CMC, across Phase1 to Phase3 and ideally up to registration.
• Fluency in English.
• Extensive experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Prior management of a CDMO or partner engagement.
• Technical leadership in project management associated with development programs.
