The Infra Team: A distributed guild of experts

We will integrate into an experienced and cohesive Cloud infrastructure team of 5 members. We operate in a distributed manner between France and the United States. Our core values are trust, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.

About The Role

As a CloudOps Engineer, your role will go far beyond writing deployment scripts. Your major initiatives will be:

• Innovation Pioneer: Design and implement tomorrow's cloud architectures to support groundbreaking, highly scalable technological projects.
• Automation Architect: Eradicate repetitive tasks. If an action is performed manually twice, your first instinct is to automate it.
• FinOps & Performance: Drive the optimization of our AWS/Azure infrastructure costs without ever compromising on performance or security.
• Guarantor of Operational Excellence: Ensure the reliability, security, and high availability of our enterprise platform running 24/7.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a list of keywords on a resume, but rather a mindset and over 8 years of solid, hands‑on experience. To thrive in our team, you must recognize yourself in these 5 pillars:

• Technical Expertise: You are proficient in the AWS ecosystem and have a strong understanding of modern infrastructure best practices (IaC, CI/CD, Observability). Experience with Azure is a plus.
• Global System Vision: You don’t design infrastructure in a bubble. You understand the overall application architecture, the company’s business challenges, and the needs of product teams to make impactful architectural decisions.
• Autonomy and Project Delivery: You enjoy taking full ownership of a project. From gathering information to final delivery, you are proactive, solve problems autonomously, and know when and how to report on your progress.
• Continuous Improvement: You constantly challenge the status quo to do things better, faster, and more cost‑effectively. You’re passionate about testing new tech and driving better ways of working.
• Collaboration and Team Spirit: You work daily with development, QA, security, support, business, and finance teams based in Europe and the United States. A supportive mindset, transparent asynchronous communication, and kindness are essential to thriving in our daily environment.
