Cloud Sales Director
A leading infrastructure and cloud services organisation is looking for a Business Unit Director to lead and scale a €70M business unit focused on compute, cloud, storage, licensing, and managed services across the French market. Following the successful acquisition and integration of multiple businesses, the organisation is entering a key transformation phase focused on accelerating managed services growth, driving cultural change, and building a more service-led organisation.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing but evolving business unit of approximately 35 people across commercial, engineering, and production teams. The position requires a commercially driven leader with strong experience within infrastructure, cloud, or MSP environments, capable of managing both people and P&L performance while bringing teams together under a shared vision.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a €70M P&L business unit focused on infrastructure, cloud, compute, storage, and managed services
Manage teams across commercial, engineering, and production functions
Define and execute the business unit strategy aligned to growth and transformation objectives
Drive cultural transformation and alignment following the acquisition of multiple businesses
Increase managed services and recurring revenue offerings across the business
Lead and develop sales teams across public and private sector accounts
Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic technology partners
Oversee business performance, profitability, and operational delivery
Collaborate closely with technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes
Support the continued development of cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI compute, and storage service offerings
Skills/Must have:
Proven experience leading a business unit or P&L within infrastructure, cloud, or managed services environments
Strong commercial and sales leadership experience
Background selling infrastructure, cloud, licensing, or managed services solutions
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and infrastructure technologies
Experience working within MSP or cloud services organisations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent French and professional English
Ability to work onsite in the Paris region several days per week
Leadership position with full strategic ownership
