Cloud Production Engineer (M/F)
Mission
Fayat IT is looking for its future Cloud Production Engineer (m/f/d) on a permanent contract in Massy (France, Paris greater area). As Cloud Production Engineer senior, you own the critical transition from build to run and ensure the stable, efficient operation of live systems within the FRED Digital Eco‑System. You act as the operational backbone of digital products, coordinating releases, stabilizing new solutions, and ensuring that services meet agreed performance and reliability standards over time.
The FRED Digital Eco‑System is a strategic, group‑wide transformation initiative shaping how the company builds, deploys, and operates its digital capabilities. By standardizing platforms, processes, and governance across brands, the Eco‑System ensures reliable, secure, and scalable digital services. It is a cornerstone of FRED's long‑term strategy, enabling operational excellence, business continuity, and the sustainable scaling of digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own deployment, release, and hyper‑care phases to ensure smooth go‑lives
- Managing technical obsolescence.
- Take end‑to‑end responsibility for live systems (keeping the lights on).
- Ensure system stability, availability, security and performance through monitoring.
- Lead incident and change management in coordination with IT and suppliers.
- Define and ensure SLO fulfillment, including operational KPIs.
- Maintain an overview of the IT environment, including licenses and run costs.
Profil recherché
Your Profile :
- Experience in Cloud production, Deployment Management, Run Management, IT Operations, or Service Management roles.
- Technical cloud skills and strong knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
- Experience in automating cloud deployments (Terraform, OpenTofu, etc.).
- Knowledge in software deployment (CI/CD, GitHub, Kubernetes).
- Strong FinOps approach.
- Solid understanding of release, incident, and change management practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
- Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, international environment.
- Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
