Job purpose

As a Job title, your main objective is to

Department "French Market - Cloud Broker", the team’s mission is to define, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure for application solutions deployed in Amazon and Azure Cloud environments, as well as for Cloud GO products OpenPaaS, MPI, POD, Community & Market Place.

CONTRIBUTION

Within the "Cloud Broker" team, in a process of supporting entities, providing advice, and delivering expertise, you will be able use your skills in Cloud architecture, automation, and application architecture in AWS Cloud (IAAS, PaaS, and serverless).

You will be specifically responsible for:

Technical

• Supporting the entities managed by the Cloud Broker French Market in adopting Cloud products, particularly AWS, OpenPaaS, and C&M, in accordance with AXA standards.
• Contributing to the definition of services to be operated according to the needs of the entities’ projects.
• Supporting entities towards autonomy by defining and providing automations covering infrastructure and application deployment.
• Supporting entities during incidents for the purposes of resolution, workaround, or identification of malfunctions. Identifying and targeting GO teams / GO Products that can assist in resolving the incident.

Coordination

• Technical leader for AWS / OpenPaaS Platform activities for all entities in the French Market and the GO products of AXA GO as an entity.
• Being the entry point for demand managers for topics related to AWS, OpenPaaS, GitHub, Confluence technologies.
• Prioritizing requests and topics.
• Taking charge of, defining, and deploying the AWS & OpenPaaS service catalog in connection with the SILVA teams.

Functional Management / Point of Contact

• Actively participating with the AWS CC and OpenPaaS CC in organizing the monthly "CC – Cloud Brokers" meetings.
• Contributing to the development of new Cloud integration standards for the managed technologies.
• Verifying, in collaboration with Group Security and the entities, the security of the Cloud (managing remediation / recertification campaigns, corrections, etc.).
• Managing the relationship between Cloud Brokers and the Competency Center.
• Coordinating and soliciting GO Product teams / GO Technical teams in incidents managed or led by the CB FM.
