Intern / Apprentice

Work under the guidance of senior professionals. Assist with tasks relevant to the specific area or function, gaining knowledge in the field of study.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience in area of specialization or function.
• Acquire relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function.
• Remain current with industry developments related to the relevant area or function.
• Provide general administrative support to the specific area or function.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, manage logistics, filing and record keeping.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy.
• Identify errors or discrepancies and investigate, correct or escalate them for resolution.
• Provide support to clients in low‑complexity matters and maintain a log of all queries.
• Contribute to client engagement and the success of the team.
• Accept designated, business‑focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.

Experience & Qualifications

Relevant working experience is desirable but not essential. Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders is required.
