Freelance Senior Cloud Architect – Azure Migration Specialist!

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Architect with expertise in migrating on-premise systems to Azure. This freelance role involves leading large-scale migration projects, designing secure and scalable cloud architectures, and ensuring seamless transitions of legacy infrastructures to Azure cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Be involved migration from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure , ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Design and implement secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures to support enterprise applications and data.
• Oversee the migration of applications, databases, and workloads to Azure .
• Optimize Azure solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement cloud-native services on Azure , such as Kafka and Timeseries DB .
• Develop and manage Azure data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Guide the migration lifecycle, ensuring integration, security, and performance.
• Stay updated on Azure services, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Solution Architecture, with 5+ years focused on Azure migration and cloud strategy.
• Proven experience designing and migrating on-premise systems to Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kafka , event-driven architectures, and Cosmos DB on Azure .
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps ) and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex migration tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and collaborative, with a flexible approach to challenges.
