Responsibilities
- Define Cloud strategy and target architecture to meet scalability, resilience, and high availability requirements.
- Select appropriate Cloud services and technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) for business and application needs.
- Establish design standards and best practices for IaC and automation in engineering teams.
- Design governance structure to ensure centralized and consistent management.
- Define global security architecture: identities (IAM), network segmentation, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Anticipate security risks and design robust business‑continuity plans.
- Guide modernization of legacy applications to Cloud‑native, recommending migration strategies.
- Act as technical reference for development teams on micro‑services and serverless implementations.
- Lead cost‑optimization strategy by designing economically efficient architectures from the design phase.
- Analyze financial impact of technology choices and track ROI of deployed infrastructures.
- Promote DevOps culture and SRE principles by defining reliability metrics and observability standards.
- Maintain continuous technology watch to anticipate Cloud market trends and integrate them into enterprise strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3 years in Cloud architecture.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud or AWS.
- Passionate about technology: regularly engages in personal projects and continuous learning.
