Mission Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect / Information Systems Expert to support the integration of a Build & Run expertise team within product development organizations and promote effective collaboration models aligned with operational excellence objectives.

The consultant will provide methodological, technological, and operational expertise to improve software delivery performance, cloud operations, observability, DevOps maturity, and continuous improvement practices across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously adapt support frameworks for assigned teams and stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate methodology, coaching, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Provide expertise in software development performance, operational excellence, Lean practices, and engineering best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and collective performance.
• Contribute to knowledge capitalization initiatives within Build & Run communities, DevSecOps forums, delivery governance groups, and operational excellence communities.
• Design and maintain a framework for documenting and sharing product team standards and best practices.
• Participate in strategic transformation initiatives supporting the Vision 2035 program.
• Ensure successful integration of the Build & Run expertise function within product teams.

Expected Activities

• Support assigned delivery and operational teams, including leadership stakeholders and end-user teams.
• Organise and facilitate workshops such as Coding Dojos, Coding Katas, and GameDay Run exercises.
• Define, implement, and monitor performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives, including DORA metrics.
• Conduct audits related to Build & Run disciplines and engineering excellence.
• Lead diagnostics and root-cause analysis activities for operational and delivery challenges.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement actions.
