Clinical Training Specialist EMEA (H/F)

Location: France – EMEA region. Join a global team of clinicians, engineers and scientists to support oncology intervention solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support clinical procedures using our interventional oncology products.
  • Train and accompany physicians, nurses and hospital teams in device use.
  • Provide technical and clinical support to commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with European and international Medical Affairs.
  • Organize and coordinate annual preventive maintenance of installed equipment.
  • Coordinate corrective maintenance and repair operations as needed.
  • Participate in development of new accounts and expansion of activities in European health establishments.
  • Identify market clinical needs and share recommendations with management.
  • Organize and animate training, workshops and educational events for health professionals and internal colleagues.
  • Provide strategic vision on clinical support needs in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in medical or scientific field.
  • English level C1 or professional level.
  • Significant clinical experience, ideally as:
    • Interventional radiology technologist (interventional imaging / CT).
    • Operating room nurse, surgery technician or assistant.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ablation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of interventional oncology procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong relational and pedagogical skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Team spirit and ability to work autonomously.
  • Responsive, adaptable, able to support change effectively.
  • Curiosity, creativity and solution orientation.

Mobility

Requires frequent travel (~50%) primarily within France and England, occasionally to other EMEA countries.
