Clinical Training Specialist EMEA (H/F)
Location: France – EMEA region. Join a global team of clinicians, engineers and scientists to support oncology intervention solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support clinical procedures using our interventional oncology products.
- Train and accompany physicians, nurses and hospital teams in device use.
- Provide technical and clinical support to commercial teams.
- Collaborate closely with European and international Medical Affairs.
- Organize and coordinate annual preventive maintenance of installed equipment.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance and repair operations as needed.
- Participate in development of new accounts and expansion of activities in European health establishments.
- Identify market clinical needs and share recommendations with management.
- Organize and animate training, workshops and educational events for health professionals and internal colleagues.
- Provide strategic vision on clinical support needs in the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in medical or scientific field.
- English level C1 or professional level.
- Significant clinical experience, ideally as:
- Interventional radiology technologist (interventional imaging / CT).
- Operating room nurse, surgery technician or assistant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ablation technologies.
- Strong understanding of interventional oncology procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong relational and pedagogical skills.
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Team spirit and ability to work autonomously.
- Responsive, adaptable, able to support change effectively.
- Curiosity, creativity and solution orientation.
Mobility
Requires frequent travel (~50%) primarily within France and England, occasionally to other EMEA countries.
