Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials across one or more Therapeutic Areas, ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through study close‑out.
- Drive study performance by ensuring enrollment, quality, timelines, milestones, and compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and our standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, quality plans, and risk mitigation approaches to ensure optimal execution of the clinical trial portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Managers, fostering high performance, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with internal cross‑functional stakeholders and external collaborators, including investigators, sites, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to country and global strategic initiatives, supporting the growth of clinical research capabilities and the successful delivery of the development pipeline.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in clinical research operations, including clinical trial management, project leadership, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, clinical trial processes, and the local clinical research environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing, motivating, and managing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a global and cross‑functional environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution, manage change, influence stakeholders, and build long‑term partnerships.
