Clinical Ops Integration & Due Diligence Lead

Ipsen Innovation (SAS) seeks a senior Clinical Operations expert to join the CDO Integration and Due Diligence teams in Paris. The role drives onboarding and transition of new assets and studies, aligning Ipsen processes with acquired assets and ensuring business continuity across Therapeutic Areas.

The candidate will lead transition plans, coordinate TMF/CTMS, manage vendor contracts and insurance, and contribute to KPI development and reporting dashboards for integration and due diligence
