Clinical Operations Leader

Overview

Clinical Operations Leader within our R&D team, directing clinical project operational activities from strategy to execution to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. This role collaborates with Global Clinical Development Strategy and extended clinical teams, serving as a liaison between clinical platforms and enabling functions including Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Finance, Medical, and Global Immunology. You will work with multiple levels across teams, regions, and external stakeholders such as advisory boards and contract research organizations. The role emphasizes optimizing and integrating team resources, program and project management leadership, and cross‑functional communication. You will champion innovation in clinical trial designs, adopt digital methodologies and tools, and lead risk management and crisis coordination to sustain reliable performance across clinical projects.
