Clinical Laboratory Reasoning Evaluation

Create laboratory cases from specimen receipt through interpretation. Evaluate analytical decisions and results, identify quality or safety problems and explain the reasoning needed to prevent an incorrect result from being released.

Professional background

Hold MLS(ASCP) or an equivalent qualification such as AMT MT. You need two or more years in a clinical laboratory and depth in hematology, chemistry, microbiology or blood banking. Clear analytic English and ten hours weekly are required. SBB/SH/SM credentials, reference/transfusion/molecular work, method validation, QA and CAP inspection experience are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

Pay $70 $100/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
