CLINICAL DIRECTOR/LEAD – SWITZERLAND
Job Description Join Our Team as a Clinical Director/Lead in Switzerland.
We are looking for a seasoned clinical development professional to lead groundbreaking therapies and shape the future of healthcare. In this pivotal role you will oversee and drive clinical operations, guide cross‑functional teams, manage complex trials, and ensure operational excellence from early development through post‑approval activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinical development across Switzerland.
Oversee global or regional trial portfolios, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
Build stakeholder relationships and maintain regulatory interactions.
Drive continuous improvement, quality, and compliance across clinical programs.
What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership experience with at least 15 years in Clinical Development, including managing global or regional trial portfolios.
Strong expertise in clinical operations, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP guidelines.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects with precision and strategic oversight.
Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Proven experience working with outsourced models, overseeing CROs and collaborators.
A background in rare diseases or auto‑immune conditions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards.
Prior experience in leadership roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel as needed for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance.
Ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high‑performance team environment.
