Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound – Paris Area
Location: Île-de-France, France. Reports to: Clinical Application Manager – Ultrasound. Frequent travel across the Paris region.
Your Responsibilities
- Clinical support & training
- Act as the clinical and product expert, ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions
- Deliver tailored training sessions to clinicians and healthcare professionals across various settings (ICU, operating theatres, emergency departments, radiology, vascular labs…)
- Support users in optimizing their clinical workflows and ensure sustainable adoption of systems
- Define optimal configurations and settings for safe and efficient use
- Sales support & business development
- Support sales teams during clinical demonstrations and evaluations with key healthcare stakeholders
- Contribute actively to opportunity conversion and business growth
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Identify and communicate business opportunities and unmet needs from the field
- Deployment & project management
- Lead and coordinate installations and customer deployments
- Act as the interface between stakeholders (customers, sales, technical support…)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
- Maintain structured follow-up and reporting of field activities
- Expertise & continuous improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, technology and market trends
- Contribute to the development of training materials and customer support tools
- Support competitive analysis and product positioning
- Provide structured feedback from the field and contribute to continuous product improvement
- Ensure regular reporting of activities and customer feedback
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a Clinical Application Specialist in ultrasound (minimum 1 year)
- Good understanding of clinical environments (ICU, operating rooms, emergency, imaging departments, private practices…)
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate towards shared goals
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong demonstration and clinical training skills in ultrasound
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
- Willingness to travel across the Paris area and occasionally support other regions
- Eligibility to work in France without company sponsorship
