- Proven expert in their special topic who strengthen the expertise in their area of business
- Support end users and distributors on an expert level in effectively utilizing advanced Hamilton technologies and products
- Lead key account development strategies and initiatives within a designated geographical region
- Act as an anchor point and mentor for a smaller team within the specified region and champion the CLUSTER concept
- Takes responsibility for how company strategies can be implemented in the region in the medium to long term - with his experiential knowledge he/she sets the right accents
- Proficient in critical care Hamilton technologies, this role focuses on comprehensive support, education, and further development of key accounts - With the ability to create technology adoption in reference sites that are recognized as Hamilton advocates. Also involves mentorship and guidance for smaller reginal teams
That’s what you bring along
- Graduate from Medical School / University / Medicine degree. Preferably specialization in intensive care with experience in ICU. Or graduate nurse and experienced as ICU nurse or ventilation practitioner.
- Fluent English; verbal and written communication (C1).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Competency with advanced Microsoft package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
