The Consultant’s final result of services will be to support the Government of Thailand / DCCE in developing a portfolio of investable climate projects and concrete actions for resource mobilization and investment in the livestock sector with a focus on dairy. The Consultant is expected to support the project team in making technical interventions bankable and identify innovative finance mechanisms and potential financiers. This approach could serve as a working model for other countries in the region in strengthening impactful climate investments.
