Climate-Driven Logistics Product Strategist

Searoutes is hiring a Product Strategist to own the WHY and WHAT of the product. You will run client discovery, shape pitches, and influence through deep customer understanding.

This is not a traditional product manager role—Shape Up cadence applies and the Product Engineer and VP Engineering own build execution. You will conduct discovery calls, shape Big Batch pitches, review feasibility notes, and present at betting tables under executive pressure.
