Climate Consultant – Project Manager, Sustainability Engineer
Overview
Drive end-to-end delivery of climate projects (GHG, LCA, SBTi, CSRD, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor and help clients understand actionable next steps—not just their footprint. Lead client meetings (kick-offs, methodology reviews, results presentations) in French and English. Conduct data collection, consistency checks, and methodological analysis. Translate technical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Provide feedback to our Product team to improve processes and tools. Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder clients with confidence. Deliver high-quality GHG, LCA, SBTi, and CSRD-related projects on time.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, sustainability, climate/energy, engineering, or other data-driven roles
- Very comfortable with numbers, assumptions, and calculations
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex topics for non-experts
- Assertive and comfortable pushing back when necessary (scope, delays, data quality)
- Resilient and adaptable to fast-moving environments, evolving products, and multiple priorities
- Curious about climate regulation and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English (C1 level or equivalent) — both written and spoken
