• A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates.

Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi‑affiliate model of Natixis IM.

Job Description

You join the team Global Client Sustainable Investing as Client sustainable investing manager and play a key role in developing and promoting Natixis Investment Managers' sustainable investment strategy to our clients, distribution teams and affiliated management companies around the world.

At the intersection of sustainable investment expertise, client advice, thought leadership, investment solutions and corporate strategy, you will support clients and internal stakeholders in a constantly evolving sustainable environment, while contributing to the strategic positioning of Natixis Investment Managers in the market.

Within an international and highly collaborative team, you will work with numerous interlocutors from the investment, distribution, risk, compliance, marketing and general management functions in order to transform developments related to sustainability into relevant analyses, concrete recommendations and high‑value‑added solutions for clients.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

1 - Customer advice and sales support

• Act as a leading expert on topics related to sustainable investing, including ESG integration, climate, responsible investment and financial regulation.
• Support clients, sales teams and customer relations teams by providing strategic analyses, personalized studies and high‑value‑added content for client meetings, due diligence processes and responses to calls for tenders (RFP).
• Contribute to the positioning of Natixis Investment Managers and its affiliates' expertise and sustainable investment solutions, ensuring that they meet investors' needs, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in customer engagement initiatives by developing clear, pedagogical and convincing messages and arguments on sustainability issues for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

2 - Sustainable investment strategy and opinion leadership

• Support the Global Head of Client Sustainable Investing in defining, implementing and promoting Natixis Investment Managers' strategy and priorities for sustainable investments to sales teams and clients.
• Design high‑impact content for top management, clients, and sales teams—speeches, presentations, publications, articles, market comments, newsletters, regulatory notes, thematic analyses and educational materials—and transform complex topics into clear, relevant messages that can be directly used by customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic intelligence and analyze regulatory developments, market trends and emerging topics in terms of sustainability in order to identify high‑value‑added messages for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the external influence of Natixis Investment Managers through thought leadership initiatives, participation in market events and production of educational content.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects related to sustainable investment involving multiple stakeholders, including investment teams, affiliates, risk functions, compliance, legal, marketing and distribution.

3 - Strategic intelligence and research

• Carry out in-depth analyses on sustainable finance, ESG issues, climate and broader sustainability themes.
• Monitor the evolving competitive landscape and investor expectations to identify emerging opportunities, risks and strategic priorities.
• Produce high‑value‑added market analyses contributing to business development, customer engagement, strategic decision making and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in project management and ESG analysis within an asset management company with an international dimension.

You master:

• Sustainable investment: ESG frameworks, climate issues, financial markets and regulations related to sustainable finance (SFDR, taxonomy, etc.)
• The management and coordination of complex and cross‑cutting projects in an international context
• Modeling, structuring, and transforming complex data into strategic information
• Excel, PowerPoint, AI
