About our services Equimetre and Equisym
Equimetre is the world’s most advanced technology for monitoring vital and physical parameters of racehorses in training. It provides trainers, owners and veterinarians with accurate data on horse performance and health. It is an all-in-one device (GPS, locomotion, heart) that installs in 30s to fit perfectly into the professionals’ routine. The Equimetre platform presents data in an intuitive manner and is complemented by exceptional customer support.
EQUISYM is a locomotion quantification tool using the latest motion sensor technology. This simple and reliable solution has been developed in partnership with equine locomotion experts (EnvA – CIRALE) for the exclusive use of equine veterinarians.
Our products are now in an acceleration phase and we are looking for Data Success Managers to consolidate the links with our customers.
MISSIONS
Our Data Success Managers have a central place at Arioneo since the heart of their mission is to accompany our customers on a daily basis. When a trainer, a veterinarian or a racehorse owner starts working with Arioneo, you are in charge of delighting them until our tools become indispensable to them… and they renew their contract. The mission is thus at the crossroads between customer account follow-up, technical subjects on data analysis (cardio, speed, locomotion), digital marketing and consulting.
Customer onboarding: assistance in discovering the toolsDaily follow up to make our customers experts of our solutions and help them get a return on investment: you support our customers’ decisions with objective dataFeedback of blocking points, customer requests and other product improvement suggestions to the technical teamProduction of resources and implementation of internal monitoring tools to improve the relationship with our customers, professionalize the Success division

EXPERIENCE
Graduate of a business school or engineering schoolA good knowledge of the horse world is importantPerfect English. A third language is a plus.
