Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client business and their priorities.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop a strategic and innovative Ratings and Reviews and Social Commerce programme that drives measurable success.
  • Analyse clients’ goals and align them with the most impactful Bazaarvoice activity, partnering with internal teams to deliver results.
  • Grow the footprint of the relationship with key stakeholders within client organizations wherever Bazaarvoice’s solution adds value.
  • Flag churn risk on account renewals and partner with Sales and other teams to establish and action mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing clients in Saa

    S, ideally in Mar

    Tech (SMB / enterprise clients).
  • French native or very fluent is mandatory.
  • Complete English professional capacity is mandatory.
  • Bac +5 – Business school degree profile.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce and Gainsight) and AI tools.
