Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the client business and their priorities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a strategic and innovative Ratings and Reviews and Social Commerce programme that drives measurable success.
- Analyse clients’ goals and align them with the most impactful Bazaarvoice activity, partnering with internal teams to deliver results.
- Grow the footprint of the relationship with key stakeholders within client organizations wherever Bazaarvoice’s solution adds value.
- Flag churn risk on account renewals and partner with Sales and other teams to establish and action mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing clients in Saa
S, ideally in Mar
Tech (SMB / enterprise clients). - French native or very fluent is mandatory.
- Complete English professional capacity is mandatory.
- Bac +5 – Business school degree profile.
- Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce and Gainsight) and AI tools.
