Client Solutions Manager – France (STE, 5 months)
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's France Retail team is a strategic and analytical solution‑driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do and supports their growth.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.
- Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work and collaborate with broad groups of internal cross‑functional teams.
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
- Outline and manage measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Identify optimisation opportunities for improving performance.
- Manage internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad‑tech, partnerships, CRM).
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and a love to learn in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Communication skills, collaboration, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Advanced analytical skills, experience analysing datasets and delivering actionable insights, presented effectively to external clients.
- At least 5 years of relevant job experience.
- Business‑level French and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimise/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g. efficiency gains, quality improvements).
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g. risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g. prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
