Client Retention & Outreach Specialist

TIAA is seeking a Client Outreach Retention Consultant to work with clients who may transfer funds away from the organization. Under supervision, you will resolve client questions, educate on investment options, facilitate transfers, and position solutions when appropriate.

Initially, this role is hourly with overtime eligibility; after training, it may switch to salaried with a 40-hour week and overtime removal.
