About the role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager lead, as intern or apprentice, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, to structure, grow, and animate Diametral's community of clients and strategic contacts, working closely with the Business Managers and the Practice Directors.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will define how Diametral builds, segments, and animates its relationship base, turning every contact into a lasting relationship of trust and a source of business opportunity.

Your responsibilities

1/ Data scraping and management

  • Source and web scrap of target contacts and organizations to continuously feed and enrich the client and prospect database
  • Update, structure, and maintain the reliability of the CRM database, in direct coordination with the Business Managers
  • Review market and perform competitive intelligence to identify new targets, business signals, and relationship opportunities
  • Segment the client and prospect base according to strategic criteria (industry, AI maturity, business challenges, relationship history)
  • Cluster by shared interests to personalize outreach, content, and formats for each audience

3/ Community animation

  • Design and run regular written formats (newsletters, targeted updates) to keep a continuous connection with each cluster
  • Organize live formats (events, webinars, breakfasts, client dinners, roundtables) to strengthen proximity and engagement
  • Grow presence on the web through social media (LinkedIn) and our website to amplify the community's reach
  • Run a recurring "club" or "expert community" format to create high-value, recurring touchpoints

4/ Creating high-impact content

  • Co-produce with the Practice Directors content that is impactful in both substance and form, to showcase Diametral's expertise and convictions
  • Adapt content by audience and cluster to maximize relevance and engagement
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency of editorial line and brand

5/ Impact measurement & continuous improvement

  • Define and track performance indicators (views, engagement, conversion rate, satisfaction) for every action
  • Analyze results and recommend ways to continuously optimize the relationship strategy
  • Report regularly to leadership on the impact and value generated by the client community
  • Direct exposure to all levels of the organization, from interns to executive leadership
  • Internship (6 months) or Apprenticeship, based in Paris
  • Daily use of French and English in a multicultural environment

About you

Who you are

An exceptional profile who :

  • Has a strong client-first mindset and a natural sense of relationship building
  • Combines analytical rigor (data, segmentation, impact measurement) with creative flair (content, storytelling, live formats)
  • Is comfortable with data tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, no-code scraping tools)
  • Can produce content that is clear, engaging, and professional, adapted to varied audiences
  • Takes ownership naturally and drives topics through to completion
  • Is organized, autonomous, and results‑driven
  • Uses AI tools as a natural extension of their work to increase quality, speed, and impact
  • Is fluent in both French and English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)

You may come from sales, marketing, communication, analytics or another discipline. What makes the difference is your ability to learn fast, think clearly, and execute with excellence.
