Responsibilities

• represent the full scope of our asset management services to our Wholesale and Institutional clients
• implement the right strategy to meet sales targets and generate revenues
• retain and develop client relationships, as well as guard against risk exposure
• focus on promoting the full range of products (traditional and alternative investment)
• proactively identify new business opportunities from our existing and prospect clients
• create and implement a strategic client book development plan that facilitates appropriate investment solutions
• collaborate with internal colleagues and support the efforts of our third‑party relationships
• actively contribute to UBS’s integrated business model through cross‑selling of solutions

Qualifications

• minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business management, economics, or finance
• ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and client influencers, effectively assess client challenges and provide tailored solutions
• substantial knowledge of both traditional and alternative investment products
• proven track record in developing and sustaining client relationships, with experience in sales and cross‑selling initiatives
• established network and rapport within French wholesale and insurance companies (General Account and Unit Linked)
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• dependable and goal‑oriented, with proven ability in time management
• strong sense of integrity with a keen understanding of how to build relationships
• proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools
• native in French and fluent in English to support the local client portfolio
