In this role, you'll represent GES to key organisers across France and Europe, ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding service on every event—while identifying new opportunities for growth.If you're ready to take ownership, grow your client portfolio, and lead projects from pitch to live delivery, this could be the role for you.What You’ll Do • Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: Manage relationships with organisers, acting as their single point of contact throughout the event cycle.• Deliver Events End-to-End: Oversee planning, budgeting, and on-site execution across France, the UK, and Europe.• Drive New Business: Identify and pursue commercial opportunities across the French and EU markets.• Craft Winning Proposals: Respond to briefs and RFPs with tailored, high-impact solutions.• Lead On-Site: Represent GES during event build, live days, and breakdown—ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.• Stay Commercial: Monitor budgets, manage P&Ls, track revenue and margins, and keep all internal systems (Salesforce, Clarity) up to date.• Promote GES Services: Actively represent our full suite of solutions—including innovations like Event Intelligence.What We’re Looking For • Experience in client services, sales, or event account management within exhibitions or live events.• Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets.• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with a hands-on attitude.• Willingness to travel across Europe and support live events outside standard office hours.Why Join GES?
