Client Relation Associate

Meds Nexus is looking for a Client Relation Associate to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team. The role involves full responsibility for generating leads and sales, with a salary plus commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.
• Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
• Scheduling virtual Zoom meetings with clients who are interested.
• Executing email marketing and sending emails to clients.
• Attending and handling virtual Zoom meetings and client presentations.
• Preparing analysis reports and meeting minutes.
• Handling other duties as needed or assigned by the manager.
• Managing customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and ensuring resolution.
• Identifying client needs and responding in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Having 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Minimum intermediate level in any domain with excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent).
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, and Avaya/Cisco IP phones.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry and 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in customer support.
• Availability to work during U.S. working hours.
