Drive Strategic Client Relationships. Lead Complex Digital Programmes. Grow Enterprise Accounts. We're looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to become the trusted partner between our delivery teams and enterprise customers, ensuring successful programme execution while identifying opportunities for growth.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine customer relationship management, programme leadership, commercial ownership, and business development to drive successful outcomes across complex digital transformation initiatives.
Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and delivery teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Lead complex digital programmes spanning development, maintenance, cloud, mobile, analytics, and transformation initiatives
- Own project governance, planning, delivery oversight, and quality assurance
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular steering committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Oversee portfolio financial performance and P&L management
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Partner with sales teams to develop and convert new business opportunities
- Ensure successful delivery across onsite/offshore and multi-vendor environments
Key Background
- Proven experience in Client Engagement, Programme Management, Delivery Management, or Account Leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience delivering projects under both Outcome-Based and Time & Materials (T&M) models
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to portfolio or account P&L ownership
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across business and technology teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing geographically distributed delivery teams, including onsite/offshore models
