About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Client Partner to take full ownership of a strategic Energy client relationship within a global leader in Artificial Intelligence software.
In this highly visible, senior individual contributor role, you will be the strategic face of our organization to one of our most important enterprise customers. You’ll lead the client engagement post-sale—partnering closely with Customer Success Managers and Account teams to ensure delivery of exceptional business value, sustained platform adoption, and deep executive alignment.
Your mission: to help our client harness the power of world class AI software to accelerate digital transformation across their global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a top-tier Energy client, ensuring long-term success and value realization from our AI solutions.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with CxO-level executives, aligning technology strategy with business imperatives.
- Partner with internal teams to orchestrate delivery excellence, platform adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Navigate complex political and organizational environments, providing thought leadership and commercial acumen to shape the client’s transformation roadmap.
- Champion the client’s voice within our organization—ensuring we remain a trusted advisor and innovation partner at every stage.
What You’ll Bring
- Director-level experience within a Big 4 consultancy, global systems integrator, or enterprise software vendor.
- Proven success delivering large-scale digital transformation programs, such as ERP or other complex enterprise software implementations.
- Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas / Energy sector, including industry dynamics, value chains, and operational challenges.
- Strong executive presence, strategic influence, and the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing complex commercial and political environments across global organizations.

Salary: €150,000 - €180,000 base + Bonus (20-30%) + Executive Car Allowance + Benefits
