What You’ll Do

• Master the Product: Dive deep into how Kraken works to identify problems and refine solutions that leverage our latest capabilities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering teams, clients, and senior Delivery Leads to define and align on the product vision and strategy.
• Triage & Resolve: Act as a point of contact for technical development and issue resolution, ensuring client priorities are clearly communicated to our engineering domains.
• Ensure Continuous Improvement: Constantly review and adapt our approach to meet the evolving needs of both the customer and the business.
