Client & Commercial Finance Leader

About the role

As part of Incepto's Finance team, you will play a key role in our scale-up journey. Sitting at the crossroads of Finance, Commercial Finance and Administration, you will be the backbone of our revenue tracking, billing operations and financial reporting. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Operations and local business teams to ensure financial data is accurate, up-to-date and actionable.

Your missions

Commercial Finance & Revenue

• Reconcile revenue recorded in the accounting system against expected revenue, and ensure rigorous cut-off management (deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, credit notes to issue)
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable collection with the support of local business teams
• Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable ledger with rigorous accuracy
• Contribute to and implement improved ways of working in commercial finance with the sales teams

Accounting & Tax

• Contribute to monthly, half-year and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and sales reporting

Salesforce CRM & Process Automation

• Salesforce proficiency is mandatory: manage data collection, ensure rigorous follow-up and regular CRM updates
• Identify and implement automations to reduce manual tasks and improve process reliability
• Support the sales team in responding to public tenders and managing client accounts
