Client Advisor Russian Speaker (H/F) - Courchevel

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
• Develop sales through a deep knowledge of FENDI collections, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling.
• Deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience tailored to each client.

Client Development & CRM

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a prestigious international clientele, with a particular focus on Russian-speaking clients.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and provide highly personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Follow up with clients to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business and loyalty to the Maison.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout the client journey, from first contact to after-sales.
• Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and ensure merchandise is presented according to FENDI standards.
• Support daily stock management, including receiving, storing, replenishing and transferring merchandise.
• Ensure accurate use of retail systems, including POS, stock management and client database tools.
• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional client experience.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in luxury fashion, retail or a premium customer-facing environment.
• Fluent Russian and English are required; French is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with an international and high-end clientele.
• Strong sales and clienteling skills, with a genuine passion for luxury and fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural sense of discretion and service.
• Confident, proactive, self-motivated and highly client-oriented.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a strong ability to represent the image and values of FENDI.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM, digital and retail management systems.
