Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised service and expert product knowledge
• Advise clients on styling, fit, and product features while embodying the brand's values
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards through excellent visual merchandising and presentation
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales objectives
• Assist with in‑store events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Support daily operational tasks to ensure the boutique runs efficiently

Profile Required

• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within footwear, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands
• Strong interest in sneakers, contemporary fashion, and current market trends
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
