Civil Supervisor – Maintenance

Protech is looking to engage a Civil Supervisor for our client’s ongoing maintenance works across sites in the Gregory Development Road region, located approximately 45km north‑west of Clermont.

Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you will oversee day‑to‑day civil maintenance activities and lead site crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of works.

Typical maintenance activities include:

• Guardrail installation
• Culvert repairs and installations
• Grid installation
• Shoulder grading
• Pavement repairs

Requirements

• Experience as Civil Supervisor for major road works
• Robust organisational skills
• Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia

Working conditions

Monday to Friday roster, long‑term opportunity, DIDO only. Camp and meals supplied. Paid allowances for travel, meals, and living away from home, plus other penalties.

Weekly pay with the option to bank hours.
