Civil Supervisor – Maintenance

Protech is looking to engage a Civil Supervisor for our client’s ongoing maintenance works across sites in the Gregory Development Road region, located approximately 45km north-west of Clermont.

• Monday to Friday roster
• Long-term opportunity

Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you will oversee day‑to‑day civil maintenance activities and lead site crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of works.

Typical Maintenance Activities

• Guardrail installation
• Culvert repairs and installations
• Grid installation
• Shoulder grading
• Pavement repairs

Requirements

• Civil Supervisor experience for major road works
• Robust organisation skills
• Current Drivers Licence and Rights to work in Australia
