Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. Locations

• North Carolina – Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Kinston, Holly Springs, Wake Forest
• South Carolina – Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Conway

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, schedule, and monitor budgets and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Oversee preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct technical analysis and prepare documentation.
• Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the start of employment; Bolton & Menk will not sponsor visas.
