Locations
- North Carolina – Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Kinston, Holly Springs, Wake Forest
- South Carolina – Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Conway
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, schedule, and monitor budgets and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
- Oversee preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
- Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
- Conduct technical analysis and prepare documentation.
- Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
- Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the start of employment; Bolton & Menk will not sponsor visas.
