Civil Litigation Attorney

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a full‑service Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, is hiring civil litigation attorneys at its South Jersey office. Openings are available for candidates at all experience levels, with a preference for those having at least 3 years of litigation experience.

Key qualifications:

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey; admission to Pennsylvania is a plus.
• Strong academic background, research skills, excellent writing and persuasive speaking abilities.
• Self‑starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision; driven team player.
• Trial experience not required.

Practice areas include products liability, general liability, complex commercial, construction, and professional liability. Candidates will engage in client interactions, hearings, depositions, and trials as appropriate.

Compensation:

• Associates (approximately 1‑6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Compensation is tailored to individual experience, skills and market conditions and includes discretionary and performance‑based bonuses as well as student‑loan repayment assistance.
