Job Description

Immediate opening for a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation experience for a highly respected multi-state litigation firm. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business. The law firm offers a hybrid schedule that allows attorneys to work remotely from home part of the week.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana
• 3+ years of insurance defense, workers' compensation litigation, and/or personal injury defense experience
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Proven track record in insurance defense and/or workers' compensation defense litigation
• Experience handling a file from beginning to end
• A self-starter capable of handling a full case load
• Experience handling mediations and taking depositions
• Ability to embrace and develop client relationships
• Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Accurate time reporting
• Book of business appreciated but not required
