Civil Laborers (Environmental / Site Work)

Pay: $30-$40 per hour | Location: Concord, CA

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing PVC and HDPE piping for groundwater and site systems
• Supporting trenching operations, including layout, grade, and alignment
• Using laser levels to verify elevations and maintain proper grades
• Assisting with excavation, backfill, and site logistics
• Operating equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and telehandlers as needed
• Supporting contaminated soil handling and remediation efforts
• Assisting with vapor mitigation system installs (piping, sumps, penetrations)
• Keeping the site clean, organized, and moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in civil construction, environmental work, or related trades
• Experience with pipe installation, trenching, and site support
• Basic plan reading and layout experience
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, active job sites
• Willingness to learn
• Certifications: HAZWOPER (if needed) and OSHA 10 (if needed)
