Work Setting:

In-PersonOrHybrid (combine in-office & remote work)

We are actively seeking civil design engineer to join our firm located in Tualatin, Oregon. Our projects consist of civil engineering for all aspects of transportation infrastructure and land development projects, such as roadway, site bus rapid transit, rail transit stations, and other rail transit improvement projects. Position Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design and management of civil engineering aspects for transportation, transit and railway projectsRoadway and site grading designStormwater & utility designSpecification preparation & engineers estimatedCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budgetOther civil related design tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 12 months)4-8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in transportation or transit projectsProficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D; various civil design software experience is a plusStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
