This firm is known for its trial-ready approach, practical defense strategies, and long-standing relationships with insurers and corporate clients across Texas and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct involvement in sophisticated defense matters, and long-term growth with a respected Texas litigation platform.The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.
What We Need
- 3–8 years of civil litigation defense experience
- Experience handling products liability, premises liability, or related tort defense matters
- Ability to manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
- Strong legal writing, case strategy, and client communication skills
- Texas license in good standing
