Civil Defense Attorney Opportunity
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks a Civil Defense Attorney to join our Melville, New York office.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of asbestos experience to join our fast‑paced Casualty team.
Responsibilities
In this role you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates, collaborating on case strategy, preparing briefings, and learning to manage cases from inception through trial. You will also engage in continuous feedback and individualized goal‑setting to develop full case‑management capabilities over time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of asbestos litigation experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, negotiable depending on experience.
