Role Overview

As City Manager, you are the orchestrator of local execution, ensuring each element of the Elysian Tales experience comes to life with precision and style. Based in Paris, you’ll lead on-the-ground operations and build meaningful partnerships that reflect our brand’s vision.

• Part-Time / Freelance - July2026 start
• Applicants must be a registered freelancer
• Applicants must be fluent in English & French

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and build strong relationships with local venues, restaurants, bars, hotels, and travel partners
• Coordinate event logistics and guide availability and scheduling
• Act as the primary liaison between the local scene and the central Elysian Tales team

• Naturally organized and detail-oriented, an orchestrator at heart
• Great with people and confident in building local partnerships
• Passionate about gastronomy, culture, and immersive experiences
• Attentive to detail with a proactive mindset
• Deeply familiar with Paris and curious by nature
• Comfortable running or supporting tours themselves when needed
