• Development : Actively prospecting and integrating new prestigious properties (villas, luxury flats).
• Performance : Optimising rental income and occupancy rates.
• Management : Coordinating local service providers (cleaning, maintenance) for flawless execution.
• Customer relations : Personalised welcome (check-in) and private concierge service for an international clientele.

Required Profile

As a local expert with a solid network, you are well versed in the world of luxury and real estate. Independent and responsive, you know how to turn every unexpected situation into an elegant solution.
