Citrix Support Engineer

Position: Citrix Support Engineer = CV(s) in French Language not English

Location: Lille, France or Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)

Type: Contract 12 Months (Candidates must be based in France or Belgium)

Job Description

In the "Product Access" team, the Citrix expert engineer will be in charge of maintaining the operational condition of our CITRIX infrastructures by providing level support for the solutions produced.

The project plan context: obsolescence treatment, virtualisation, consolidation and modernisation projects.

The contractor will provide expertise and technical support to the teams, mainly Production and technical projects.

• Participation in and implementation of CITRIX technical bases
• Participation in the technical roadmap of its perimeter
• Resolving Level 3 incidents / Investigating problems
• The project requires a presence onsite of 3 days per week.

• Powershell / - Languages: PowerShell / VBScript Confirmed
• Must be fluent in English and must be a fluentFrench speaker this is non-negotiable.
