  • Establish a robust tracking mechanism to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and connect initiatives to business impact.
  • Lead execution across Secure Power lines of business and Schneider Electric functions, including procurement, supply chain, services, operations, product management, and sustainability.
  • Engage senior leaders and key stakeholders to align priorities, clarify accountabilities, secure resources, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Drive programs covering sustainable materials, product life extension, repair, refurbishment, reuse, take-back, and recycling.
  • Embed circularity into sourcing, operations, services, commercial activities, and business decisions.
  • Mobilize workstream leaders and partners, remove barriers, manage dependencies, and maintain accountability for delivery.
  • Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to advance responsible sourcing, recycled content, material transparency, and carbon reduction.
  • Lead change management, communication, and adoption across teams, businesses, and regions.
  • Own performance tracking and executive reporting, including embodied carbon, material footprint, recycled content, recovery rates, and associated business benefits.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs in a global, cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to own programs from strategy and roadmap definition through implementation and measurable impact.
  • Proven experience engaging senior executives, lines of business, functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority and align stakeholders with different objectives and priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, governance, change management, and executive communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of circular economy, sustainable materials, lifecycle assessment, or responsible sourcing.
  • Program or change management certification is an advantage.
