CIAM Product Owner Lead — Strategy & Delivery

Ally Financial seeks a Manager, Product Owner to lead CIAM initiatives spanning digital and call center experiences. You will translate strategy into executable product directions, drive secure and scalable authentication capabilities, and partner with fraud, security, and engineering teams.

You will manage complex programs, define requirements for login, MFA, passkeys, and biometrics, and balance customer experience with risk and compliance. Hybrid in-office role with leadership exposure.
